YUELU TECH LIMITED is a technology company registered in Rwanda, building AI-powered tools designed for the realities of emerging markets — low connectivity, multilingual users, and industries underserved by conventional software.

Our name comes from Yuelu (岳麓) in Changsha, China — a place defined by the convergence of ancient wisdom and modern innovation. Home to one of the world's oldest academies, founded over a thousand years ago, and today a recognized hub for technology and digital economy, Yuelu represents exactly what we believe in: that enduring knowledge and cutting-edge technology belong together.

We carry that conviction from China to East Africa. Our first product is an AI agricultural assistant delivered via WhatsApp, providing Rwandan farmers and agronomists with instant, context-aware guidance — from seed selection to pest management — in the languages they speak.
